DIANE HARTE

LETTING SUPERVISOR

Diane has many years experience of working in the finance industry as a Broker Support Consultant and a Debt Recovery Assistant. With her core skills in customer service and administration, Grant & Wilson saw her potential and employed her to become a key member of the team as a Letting Supervisor. Diane manages the day to day running of the Letting's department. Diane’s key roles is to ensure our Lettings team provide our Landlords and tenants with an effective and efficient service at all times.

YVONNE COCHRANE

LETTING CO-ORDINATOR

 

 

Yvonne has had 5 years of experience working within the property market in both sales and lettings. Yvonne started her career in New Build sales selling new homes for some of Scotland’s well known builders. Yvonne enjoyed dealing with the public and wanting to broaden her experience, moved into residential letting and found her niche being customer focused and approachable Yvonne has recently became a great asset to our established Letting team as Lettings Co-ordinator and is enjoying the busy and challenging role.

JULIE BUCHAN

LETTING CO-ORDINATOR

Julie started with Grant and Wilson Property Management Ltd in January 2006 after 11 years as a customer service advisor within the stationery industry.  Julie believes that good customer service is key when liaising between clients, tenants, tradesman and other team members to ensure that a satisfactory resolution to a situation is found for all parties involved.

Recently Julie attended the Falkirk Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme and successful completion has resulted in Grant and Wilson Property Management being one of the first companies in Scotland to join this new venture with the council.

CLAIRE BURNS

LETTING CO-ORDINATOR

Claire has many years of experience within the Property Industry and started as an office junior within a Property Management company, working in various departments. Claire found that she enjoyed the customer interaction and marketing of the properties for landlords and assisting in finding tenants new homes that she pursued a career in Lettings.
