Diane Harte,  Letting Supervisor
Diane oversees the day to day running of our Letting Department and with her many years experience of working in the finance industry as a Broker Support Consultant and a Debt Recovery Assistant, manages this role with ease. Diane's core skills in customer service and administration which allows her to provide our customers and clients with an excellent service. Diane has become a key member of our tactical Management team as a Letting Supervisor, however her role also in tales overseeing all Landlords and Tenants accounts, reconciling invoices and ensure all accounts are kept up to date.

Julie Buchan, Letting Co-ordinator
Julie started with Grant and Wilson Property Management Ltd in January 2006 after 11 years as a customer service advisor within the stationery industry. Julie believes that good customer service is key when liaising between clients, tenants, tradesman and other team members to ensure that a satisfactory resolution to a situation is found for all parties involved.

Julie attended the Falkirk Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme and successful completion has resulted in Grant and Wilson Property Management being one of the first companies in Scotland to join this new venture with the council.

Lee Hardie, has 4 years experience working in the Estate and Letting Agency industry, having worked previously with some of the Uk's largest Agents. Lee moved into this industry since he had to retire from professional football through a serious ankle injury where he played for numerous clubs including Blackburn Rovers, Oldham Athletic, St Johnstone and Hamilton Accies. Lee believes that an honest approach and a very good level of communication is vital in building healthy relationships with Landlords, tenants and tradesman alike, so that whatever situation may arise a solution can be found as smoothly and quickly as possible.Lee has the ability to communicate with people on all levels and enjoys working as part of the Grant and Wilson Letting department and is looking forward to his role within the team.

Elaine Forster, Elaine's career has seen her work in various roles within the Property Sector, as an Administrator, Accounts Ledger, Book Keeper and Letting's  Co-Ordinator, unfortunately Elaine was made redundant in December 2008. Elaine joined Grant & Wilson in 2009 as a Letting's Co-Ordinator dealing with client's enquiries, properties and all new potential tenants. One of Elaine's key roles is to ensure that all relevant paperwork for new tenants is completed accurately and that all safety certificates are in place, before the tenant signs the leasing agreement. Elaine has become a great asset to the team and has fitted in well with all at Grant & Wilson and is enjoying her new role.

Alison McInnes, Letting Co-ordinator
Alison started her working life as a Junior Filing Clerkess and progressed into the role of PA and has over 25 years experience working and dealing with people on all levels in an office environment. Alison joined Grant & Wilson in January 2005, in the role of Secretary - Receptionist. Keen to broaden her experience within the company, Alison moved to the Letting Department and is responsible for the day to day running of the letting department. Recently Alison has added to her role and has taken on the responsibility of controlling repairs and maintenance with Grant & Wilson’s property portfolio. Alison is an all rounder and enjoys working as part of the Edinburgh team.
