Grant & Wilson Ltd is a family owned company, committed to providing the highest standards of personal service and sound, professional advice. Although our roots in the East End of Glasgow go back more than a century, we operate a well-organised and modern business, using the latest computer technology wherever appropriate. The company's recent expansion into new premises in Greendyke Street is helping us to deliver an even better, more efficient service to all our clients.

Graham Mitchell, Managing Director, heads up our close-knit management team.
Graham is a Qualified Chartered Surveyor. In 1997 he and other members of his family negotiated the purchase of the Grant & Wilson partnership. He has been responsible for improving the service to clients by reworking the company's property management computer system and upgrading its technical infrastructure and working conditions. He has also introduced systems to enhance the company's approach to customer service, covering the full range within factoring to make the profession more open and accountable to owners.


Customer Protection Information

As members of various regulatory bodies it is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. There may, however, be an occasion when we do not meet your standards and expectations in matters concerning repairs, administration and insurance. May we therefore request that you either contact your property manager as soon as the problem arises, either verbally or in writing, and he/she will take details of your concerns.

We will acknowledge, in writing, advising you of who is dealing with your concerns and attempt to address these within five working days. If, for whatever reason, our investigations take longer, we will provide a full response within 20 working days or explain our position and provide timescales for a full response. It may be necessary for us to meet with you and we will request, in writing, a mutually convenient arrangement in order that we and discuss the matter arising.
