For the owner/occupier: - working closely with our brokers. We can offer Buildings Insurance which can be tailor made to suit individual needs, which can be revised at any time and is to fully protect our client’s interests. All are acceptable to building societies.

For landlords & Tenants: - Our residential buildings policy caters for the fabric of rented property, with the standard rent or alternantive accommodation cover, although to ensure peace of mind for landlords we can also arrange for a quotation for insurance for properties which are to let.
They provide a comprehensive package designed to cover all of the risks associated with letting property for the private and professional landlord.

This includes Building, Contents, limited contents for part furnished properties, Legal expenses, Rent Guarantee and as an additional option, Emergency Assistance.
