insurance, acting as agents, obtaining quotations and arranging
suitable cover.
Property Surveys
We undertake comprehensive surveys for our clients and submit full
and detailed reports.
Rent Review
This includes survey and measurement of the property, issuing a
rent review notice or counter notice, obtaining comparable evidence,
negotiating the rent review, settling this with the other party
and engaging solicitors to minute the variation, if applicable.
Debt recovery
One of the property manager's functions is to chase bad debt on
behalf of all co-owners. It helps to make sure that we can carry
out our management duties effectively. We need to make sure that
all sums owing on behalf of co-owners are collected promptly, to
make sure tradesmen are paid on time and reimburse the company for
all charges expended on the property.
