To provide the best possible service to owner/occupiers, Grant & Wilson Ltd undertake to:

 
  • Deal with enquiries courteously, helpfully and efficiently, whether in person at our office or by telephone;
  • At all times respect the confidentiality of any financial or personal information provided to us;
  • Send out quarterly newsletter to owners and facilitate resident co-owners' meetings;
  • Abide by the duties and responsibilities of both manager and owner/tenant in performing management duties;
  • Answer all letters promptly;
  • Deal with any emergency enquiries at our office within one hour and return normal calls the same day wherever possible;
  • Intimate any repairs notified to us to the contractor by fax or post on the day we receive them. If the repair is an emergency, we will do our best to call out a tradesman within four to six hours.
