Responsibilities

It is Grant & Wilson Property Management Limited’s responsibility to promote, generate and process all sales enquiries. Our Sales Executive will be responsible for dealing with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner and be knowledgeable of the location, specification and style of properties available for sale. They will liaise on regular bases with Potential Purchasers, Solicitors, Financial Advisors and Management from Grant & Wilson Property Management Limited and the developer. Viewings on site can be facilitated on a 'by appointment' basis along with full management of the reservation to handover process.

Amanda Gilmour Grant & Wilson Property Management Limited Sales and Development Manager believes in providing structure and support to her Sales Team and Management, as well as providing a hands on approach at all times to the developer.
